JOURNAILISM
Celina B.
Celina Bitar is the communicator for EBA’s elective course– Journalism. Bitar was part of a group of people that stepped up to aid their friends when they need it. Celina's high school highlights include participating in REDgen, playing volleyball, being social, and always attending her school's games. Celina appears guarded at first, but after you get to know her, you'll find her to be a really funny person who accepts the people she speaks with. She communicates with all of her friends all of the time in order to become the group's outstanding communicator.

Abi-Gaille H.
Abi-Gaille Hamilton (Abi) is the Social Media Manager for EBA’s elective course– Journalism. Abi is also part of the team of people to obsess over Harry Styles, making people laugh with how expressive she is about it. Among Abi’s highlights during her high school experience: playing basketball, working with the school’s newsletter. Prior to joining Journalism, She was working on her goal of going into photojournalism. Abi is a determined, entertaining person which goes well together for the job.

Genevieve M.
Genevieve Marshall is the Communications Director for EBA’s elective course– Journalism. She also oversees the eaves dropping unit, always getting the latest update. Marshall is part of the team Redgen, a mental awareness group, focusing EBA’s priorities of Mental/Physical health, Growth mindset, and not passing out while taking exams. In 2021, Marshall started 10th grade, marking 12 years of being an EBA student. Prior to joining Journalism, Marshall was an experimental designer, creating a collage in fashion, photography, and writing.

Serena S.
Serena is the editor in chief for EBA’s elective course– Journalism. In 2021, Said started taking a creative writing course at Eastbrook Academy, marking 2 years of academic free writing. Among Said’s highlights during her high school experience: playing volleyball, doordashing dunkin donuts as frequently as possible, and making the Grinch themed door during the door competition. Said is a maker of various pasta recipes, cooking almost every pasta known to man almost exclusively past 2 am.

Hudson T.
Hudson Tilma is the stressed-but-caffeinated writer for EBA’s journalism class. She also oversees the transportation of her three younger siblings, and she drives them to school, practices, and target. Over the summer, Tilma washed dishes with a dedicated team at her favorite summer camp, Forest Springs. Tilma transferred to Eastbrook Academy in 2021, which marked the beginning of her Junior year. She enjoys spending time with her sister, volunteering at her church, baking, and watching Star Wars.

Hi, my name is Marcel. Something fun I like to do is play sports. I play soccer and basketball. Artists that inspire me are Baylen Levine and Mr. Beast who are Youtubers. I want to learn how to edit Youtube videos in this class really well. (ex. special effects) Also in the future I want to use these skills on Youtube because I’m planning to start a channel later on.

My name is Dante and I'm a freshman at Eastbrook Academy. Something I do for fun is play basketball. A couple artists that inspire me are the creators of Karate Kid, and Cobra Kai. They inspire me because I loved the storyline and how they set it all up. What I want to produce is better videos.

Hello! My name is Kim Schill. I enjoy sketching and branched out to digital art a couple years ago. A couple pieces of media I find inspiring include a video from Corridor which was a video on what Portal would be like in real life. I also used to be a big fan of Zach King and his magic trick compilations on Youtube. My goal in this class is to improve my graphic design skills, video editing, and beyond.

Camryn C.
Camryn D Campbell is the exhausted worker for EBA’s elective course– Journalism. Camryn is simply always tired. Whether it be because of lack of sleep or just because the people around him are draining he's just tired. But that doesn't mean he isn't willing to help others if they need help. Sometimes he uses his skills in management to help oversee a project and it's progress, there's nothing he likes more than success.

Noah Koeller is the sports enthusiast for EBA’s elective course– Journalism. Koeller is part of EBA’s varsity basketball and soccer teams, and is a die-hard Packers fan. Among Koeller´s highlights during his high school experience: playing drums for Wednesday Worship, failing his permit test, and being an avid Qdoba connoisseur. Prior to joining Journalism, Koeller was a part of creative writing, and has a background in writing. He keeps his ESPN and Twitter notifications on so he can keep the sports section updated in the newsroom.

Caleb Oglesby is the Geek of EBA's elective course-Journalism. He is an avid drinker of frappes, making him approximately 97% sugar. Some of his highlights during his high school experience were getting a job and not failing the tenth grade. He also does whatever he can to make sure that his stories are always fun to write and engaging. He is also a massive geek, and if someone even mentions Chainsaw Man around him he will sing its praises.
